Removing Patch

Hello all.. wondering if you can help me out..

I installed spyware doctor and a patch and it was warez software... well I didn't want that and I went and bought a legal copy etc..

So I uninstalled the pirated version and then installed the version I bought.

Problem: I can't seem to get rid of the username and registration code of the old version no matter what I do... I've unistalled it mulstiple times I've gone into the registry to try and get rid of the registration code not there, username not there... I've tried everything I can do to get rid of the old version username and registration code but can't seem to find it... so I gather it must be a hidden patch of some kind somewhere .. can any of you help?

thanks!!

Look in your user account (it may be hidden).
Do a search for the name doctor in reg edit. (be careful)
Try disk cleanup, this often removes variables that are stored by programs.
