Removing CLTNetCnService

Hoping someone can help. While using Sysinternals' Autoruns, noticed a CLTNetCnService Entry in the Services tab. Description is Symantec Lic NetConnect.

Assuming this got on the computer with the Dell preinstalled Norton (which I have uninstalled). Looking into HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services -- see that there's an entire folder for CLTNetCnService. The Image Path field says "File Not Found..."

Questions:

1. What happens if I right-click the line in Autoruns and "Delete?" Does that remove the entire CLTNetCnService folder in the registry or just the line that causes the service to start? Is it safe to delete this?

2. Is it safe to delete the folder in the registry?

3. Is it better just to leave it alone. Just trying to tidy up this Dell so it's ready for Windows 7. But is the risk of removing the key greater than the value, if any, of doing so?

Thanks!

You seems mistake registry key, subkey with folder...but to bussiness.Autoruns is save program and every orphans with "File not found" you can remove from registry. So the answer is yes -you can remove this value
