My connection for Remote Desktop is extremely slow. It will be quick for about 30- 60 seconds, then all of the sudden it grinds to a halt and will not move for another 5 to 10 seconds. Sometimes the connection is lost.
Both computers are communicating via my local router (LAN connection). This should be lightning quick with my modern computers and both having Vista right?
I have disabled my auto-tunning on both computers just like so many forums have told me to do. This does not help at all!
I am connecting to a Vista Ultimate 32-bit Computer (1.5 Ghz) from a Vista Home Premium 64-bit Computer (2.23 Ghz with 4 GB of Ram) via Remote Desktop Connection (RDC).
Anyone out there that knows what I should do? I have also tried disabling all of the graphics sounds and themes in the RDC options.
