Remote Desktop Connection

Guys, a small question :o.
I'm having problems with Vista's Remote Desktop Connection.......I've installed Vista Ultimate 32 bit (No SP) in VPC 2007 and the host is Vista Ultimate 32 bit (SP2).
Now the issue is that both the PC's are in the same work group and network, and I can even access the files between the host and the guest. Now the thing is, when I open up RDC and click on browse, it says The LINKSYS domain/work group does not contain any terminal servers. I've allowed file sharing and turned on RDC. And i just manually type in the name of the guest or host, it says enter your credentials for <the PC's name> and then I enter it, it's again asking for the credentials and it says "Log on attempt failed." Any help would be much appreciated. :)
