I'm running Windows Vista And my son is running windows XP. He brought his PC to my home and we had no problem with Remote Assistance between the 2. He took his PC back to his home across town and now we can't connect. Is their something we're doing wrong? We both have our fire walls off thinking that was the problem, but I guess it was'nt. Can someone help me with thiis issue
