reinstalling Vista

I am reinstalling Vista Home Premium on a machine and I continue to get this same screen
that I have never seen before

I can't seem to add attachments from my phone so I will have to describe what's on the screen.

there's a blue screen that says do not turn your PC off during this one time setup process....etc.

in the upper right corner there is a small window that says process logger monitoring processes
time remaining 14:57:44

15 hours to install Vista really, any thoughts I'm confused

Check you cables and ram, try to remove and add them.

well when I left for work there was only 4 hours left I'm just going to let it run till I get home and see what happens.

A clean install of Vista from the install disc takes around 40 minutes. I don't recall ever seeing any time remaining monitors of any kind when installing.
