My Vista laptop display died and I need to transfer emails, contacts, etc. to new Win 7 laptop. I can access hard drive on old laptop; how do I transfer to new one?

If your question refers only to the mail and you use Window Mail. Just go to Windows Mail File, and then export. Can be done with a finger drive or probably a transfer cable.
