hi all. i'm a relative newbie when it comes to vista and i really need some help. i recently had to run a full recovery of my C: but my programs were all saved on another partition. now the problem is that my windows vista is now running completely new and my program files aren't registered with it anymore. is there anyway to remedy the situation?
really really need some help here! pls...

ownership of the drive is not necessary - however, the 'full recovery' of your C: sounds suspiciously like a System Restore - and if that is so, anything that was installed after that particular restore point will need to be reinstalled.
