RE: Microsoft Office OSA.exe

I'm running Vista Home Premium. For quite some time now when I use Registry Mechanic and/or CCleaner, afterwards I get a pop up thru WinPatrol stating that the following wants to run automatically when my computer is started.

C/Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office 10/OSA.exe

If I click no it just keeps popping up. I click yes and then it doesn't appear until the next time I run either of the programs listed above.

WinPatrol Plus info says this file OSA.exe can be removed. Thing is, I've looked in Remove Programs and I've looked in my Start Menu and Microsoft Office doesn't exist in either place. The folder Microsoft Office does exist in C/Program Files, but within the folder are 4 other folders: Media, Office 10, PowerPoint Viewer and Templates. Under Office 10 there are several folders and all are empty. There are also two DLL files labeled AW.DLL and HLP95EN.DLL. When I hover my mouse over them they both say they are for XP. The only folder that has anything in it is PowerPoint Viewer.

Can anyone tell me what is going on with this or what I should do about it?
