Quake 4 & Vista Ultimate

Hi All,
Can anyone help with how I install Quake 4 on my Vista (32) laptop running twin SLI cards and T7800 Intel Core 2 Duo CPU?

Have been on a merry chase on makers (ID - Raven) website for a fix but all I get is nonsense and no help???? Quake Forum "ask for help" has produced ZIP, also!!!!

Is there an error when you try to install if so what is the error.

Thanks for replying have now got it up and running (had to install under administrator). Now I have to find any patches for it - any clues?
