Promise eSATA300 TX2

Did a quick search and couldn't find anything. Just wondering if anyone knows if the Promise eSATA300 TX2 works out of the box with Vista x64 as I am looking to pick up a external Seagate hard drive which comes bundled with this card. (http://www.scan.co.uk/products/productinfo.asp?WebProductID=729084).

Are you currenting using the 500GB Seagate ST3500601XS-RK on a Vista 64 bit system ? I have a new computer on the way with Vista 64 bit that will have a eSATA access (External on the case) . Also is the software compatable ? The Seagate 500GB eSATA gets fairly good reviews but apparently not readily available in the States .

Haven't bought it yet I'm afraid. Not 100% sure software would work but I would assume so unless it is extremely bespoke.
