Program's can't connect to internet
Okay first of all theres no antivirus i cant turn windows defender on.
Okay so nothing can't connect to the internet ivetried ipconfig and everything. Steam can't connect even maplestory.
I can't even install virus protection.

OK now the version if you press Ctrl+Alt+Del it will bring up security options and at the bottom of the screen it will say "Windows Vista ____________" please specify what the underscores say.

Try doing this:
Press the Windows Key + R
Type the following into the Run Command: msconfig
Click the "Services" tab
Check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box
Click "Disable All"
Click "Apply"
Click "OK"
Restart your computer.
Try using the programs you have been experiencing the problems with one by one. Gradually restart each disabled service until you find one that interferes with the programs connection to the internet.. so that we may find a solution.
