Program too big to fit into memory

So I downloaded SP1 for Vista and when trying to run it I get a dos window that tells me "Program too big to fit into memory"

Vista Home Premium 32bit
Athelon64 3800+ processor
2Gig ram
Plenty of HD space available

Can't find anything in Google or the M$ KB with these two together.

Any help?

restore pagefile to defaults,next restart computer and try again
