Problems with RDP from Vista to XP

I have a virtual machine set up with Vista and I can connect to an XP machine with no problems. Someone in the field is getting the following problems when connecting:

I have searched all day to try to figure out what the problem is and I am hoping someone here can help. As I said, I am running the same operating system here in the office on a virtual machine and I can get in without any issues. Thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

Wrong IP address for starters,

Whois record for 10.37.162.180

Ensure that 10.37.162.180 is reachable. Just test to ping it and make sure it works without firewall blocking. Also ensure there is no firewall blocking on port 3389. Here is how I configured the Remote Desktop in Vista, see whether can help you.

Try putting in the username but not the password until you actually have a connection. Once connected with a session, then put in the password.

Also, the domain should not be the same as the IP address.
