Problems with my ? Windows help&support

:DWhen I try and ask for help in ?Windows help&support it gives me the reply 1)Topic not found and then 2)This content under construction. When I look under the programs I have on my computer no where does it say Windows Help and Support.I am a novice so any help would truly be thanked and appreciated..God Bless...Angela

Dwarf,The weird thing is The Window Help and Support does work when my dad's put his password in and works using the computer as the administrator.For some reason though when sign in&I hit help and support under maintenence from the Start on the bottom left hand side Windows Help&Support will come up but says 1)Help topic not found &2)This site under construction...Any other advice you can think of that will help..Thanks for any help...
