Thanks Richard but I have followed those instructions for both IMAP and POP3 but it keeps reporting the following errors when I click on the test button:
1 - Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
2 - Send test e-mail message: Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.
As soon as I click on the button it asks me to check my user name and password to log in to sky but keeps looping whenever I click on OK. All the information is correct and have retyped the information.
Any other suggestions?
