Problem!!!!

hi, i don't really know a lot about computer bar the basics so I have a problem i'm hoping someone can help me solve! i have the realtek hd audio manager and i was attempting to turn up my sound via it and i clicked on the mic volume. it has since cut my sound off and put my mic on really high and I don't know how to change it back again!! i hope this makes sense to someone!! thank you for you help :D

click sound...

Then reset back to what you want...
