Problem with Windows Update and Windows Defender

Hello to all!
I have a big problem.
My laptop is not getting updates from Windows Update and Windows Defender. and today the updates from NOD 32 also stopped :eek:..
Every time when i start to update those two an error comes ..
0x80244019

This error won't leave me alone
Any suggestions how to reslove the problem????
