Solved problem with graphic card

hello i have an dell inspiron 1720 with vista home premium ... recently i did format and reinstall the operation system ... but cant get the graphic card drives installed ... did download the right ones i think but always i install thens comes this error ( access is denied ... C:\windows\system32\nvuninst.exe ) could you help me please ...

That error has to do with the nvidia download.
Try to save to desktop then install
Try in safe mode
Then

Rather than go to the webisite, which is the suggested way to get best drivers. Try this for now. If it works we can take our time to get one from the website
