Problem with downloads

Hi

I have Ultimate 64, until this morning, when I click on a download link a box appears almost immediately that gives the option to open save or cancel, then when I select save the file download until it is all downloaded.

Now the box does not come up until the whole file is cached (I think that is what is happening) and when I select save the download is completed immediately.

I have tried on many sites and the result is always the same.
What settings do I change to revert to the previous process, this is not a big problem, just annoying.

Okay, all is back to normal, I have no idea what happened, but all day the issue was there as well a other strange things when downloading, such as the folder selection bx was different with no ability to go back to the previous folder.
