Problem printing from laptop to Lexmark 6500 series

Hey all,
So I've been helping some older neighbors of mine get their network set up and the only thing I haven't been able to do it get the vista x32 laptop to print wirelessly to the printer. I can print over the wired XP machine but the laptop has proven difficult. I have setup a wireless print server several times before but on HP printers. In the que the satus is "sent to printer" but the document will not print. The drivers are all the newest ones, I can scan from the printer to the laptop, but no printing.

Did you have any luck in setting up your neighbors printer to print to the laptop?

I have a similar situation....laptop with Vista - this was working fine till last week, I upgraded Vista from Home Premium to Ultimate. Now, cant print to the Lexmark printer.

Called Lexmark Tech support, not much help at all, all we could figure out was that I had to run any program that I wanted to print from as Administrator - then it worked fine.

Did you come up with any solutons?
