Problem opening Windows Mail

For a couple of weeks now I keep getting this error message when I try to open Windows Mail >>> Windows Mail could not be started on your computer. Please log off of Window, and then restart Windows Mail. If the problem persists, save your work, and then restart your computer.

This is becoming quite annoying to be constantly restarting my computer every time I want to check my mail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lets try a clean boot. If it works properly follow the clean boot instructions to correct the problem

Does not work
Run an antivirus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes update first
Try a system restore

Go back 5 days before the problem started.

You can replace with the newest update: Windows Live Mail 2011
