My laptop is a dell and has the OS vista 32bit. I had a nasty virus that might of corrupted my startup which I think I got rid of, It wont boot in safe mood now, and when I try to run windows normally it says that startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically. My system restore points are gone, I have already restored the computer to factory settings. I ran for memory hardware errors, and that is all fine. I am pretty lost at this point on how to fix this problem.
