People see horizontal lines on their LCD Monitor; This can easily be fixed by doing the following: Restart your computer>Right after you restart "Turn off your monitor (neon button on the bottom right side of your monitor)Unplug your monitor. When your monitor starts up and begins to download-Put the plug back in your monitor, and push the neon button on the front of your monitor. The horizontal lines should be gone. Note: There is not a length of time to plug in your monitor and turn the screen back on, but, be sure to plug your monitor back in first, then, turn on the screen.:sa: These horizontal lines appear on my monitor quite often.
