Hey TXBob,
Have you adjusted your printing preferences under control panel for your printer? Them settings usually override any other settings from other programs.

The problem must be in the Windows Mail preferences or settings somewhere. I can copy the text from an e-mail into Word and print it from there, and it will print in the font size I select. If I print the same e-mail text directly from WMail it prints in font size 18 everytime.
