Printing problems with VISTA 64 bit os

i have vista 64 bit operating system on my desktop.Of late having problems in printing documents.First the error message that is displayed is Print spooler stopped,please start spooler service. I started the spooler by going to Services and Applications of Computer management, when i try to print i get Spooler SubSystem stopped working and was closed. Can anybody help me in fixing this problem.

Welcome to the forums.

The first thing I'd try is re-installing the printer driver.

Thanks for the reply,i even tried reinstalling printer drives but getting error message saying one of the installers for this device cant perform installation at this time.Is there any solution for this problem.please let me know

i ran an Hardware Diagnostic for my desktop and i got the following error,can anyone please help me in solving the problem so that i can print from my PC
