Printers

I have Vista home premium desktop that is has a wired internet connection and is connected to a lexmark printer(not a wireless printer). I also have a vista home basic laptop, both computer are on the same wireless network, but I can not print from my laptop wirelessly. I have the same workgroup on both computers and sharing is enabled. I can connect to the printer but it wont print the document from the laptop but it can from the desktop. I have heard that it could be driver problem, that i might need to update it, but im not sure what to do. So is there anyone out there that has the answer.
