hi I have an epson sx100, only got it a few months ago, the ink ran out so I bought some more, compatable with epsom, but its not printing, now is it the ink or the printer. I dont want to buy epson ink try that and that dont work.......please help,

Can you do the following for me please:

1. Open the start menu
2. Click on control panel
3. Click on Hardware and Sound
4. Click on printers

Is there anything there?

The reason ilikefree isn't answering is because he is probably asleep (he lives in new zealand)

Once you are in "Printers", right click on the Epson printer, go to Properties and to the maintenance tab. There you have a selection of actions you can perform. Try those.

Thanks Tom. I did not even notice that since I spend most of my time on the windows7 forum. But from time to time I like to be here too.

Yeah, Sorry about that I still sleep.Sound like people here have helped, Probably better than I could. I would advise you to print a page regularly to stop ink drying if that is the problem. It's a common problem.:)
