Printer deployed through GPO cannot be deleted

Hi

when deployed printers through gpo i can not delete the printers. I get 'Access is denied'.
The Prevent deletion of printers is disable in the gpo.

even if i log in as Administrator i get this error.
I have i windows 2008 server

Navigate to key

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

and find in this key phrases NoDeletePrinter and NoAddPrinter ->if you find them remove them+restart
