Hello,

I purchased my second VoIP phone (due to the fact that sitecom wouldn't work on my system) , and it doesn't appear to support vista x64.

I contacted the premier group and their response is

Dear Sir ,

When I asked them if they would support it in the near future they responded

Dear Sir,

No , sorry to inform you but there are too many problems with 64BIT

Is there any way to convert the driver / installer so that it WILL work on my ultimate 64 bit?

No. If the app contains a kernel-mode driver, its "bitness" must match the OS. Only 64-bit drivers will work with 64-bit Windows. No exceptions and no way around that.

You might want to consider asking for your money back and going with another solution, or reverting to 32-bit Windows if this thing means a lot to you.

You can try setting up a vertual machine in 32bit and running it from there.
