Possible Driver Issue?

Herrow, I have windows vista home premium. I'm having a little bit of an issue:

I am continuously receiving the "BOSD" where my computer dumps memory files and automatically restarts. Both me and my brother have been searching for a solution to this issue for some time now and we seem to only be able to very temporarily patch the problem, not fix it. Here is a rundown of a typical situation. Turn it on, it loads up, and it will be on for typically no more than 5 minutes and it will shutdown, no matter what your doing; you could even just have it be sitting and the desktop with nothing up and it happens. Also on occasion, it won't even start up. It will attempt to restart but it will either get about half way and then freeze, or it will just get a continuos very loud fan sound inside the tower untill you just hold the button in to shut it down. Most of the time even if you start it in safe mode it will still blue screen within 5 minutes of being on, somtimes its almost instant. Even in some cases it happens before it loads up. If left off for a few hours usually it will stay on in any mode for at least 10 minutes which hopefully would be enough time to attempt further solutions to fix the issue.(also sometimes it will not blue screen if a scan is running, we've noticed it will continue the scan untill it finishes, then shortly thereafter it will blue screen, but it wont ALWAYS complete the scan.)This has been giving me problems for a long time now and we are out of solutions and could use some help from people that may have experience in these situations. If some one could be so kind is to preferably send me an email with a step by step reccomendation on how to possibly resolve this issue that would be more than greatly appreciated. (Email REMOVED) |also if this is not the appropriate place to post for help on this issure, i would be happy to be told or given a link where to post this. tyvm.

Hello Arrian,
Go to C > Windows > Minidump, zip up the files and upload them with your next post.
You may have to save them to your desktop first.

When we get the files we will take a look and see if we can get this fixed for you.
Also include your system specs, thanks.

for a quick hardware check boot into the bios screen and leave it there for a while, does it still lock/reboot?
with the power cable disconnected open the case and inspect for excess dust/grime any odd smells, drops of fluid on components?

There is a bit of a problem with stoneys request, I was able to locate the dump files, however it seems that i have no permission to attach it to an email online or even open them for that matter. I would need to email them to myself because I would need to load the folder onto my bros computer which i'm using to look for assistance at the moment, then attach it to a post on this thread. If you could let me know why that may be happening, I will get them right to you and get the system specs asap. ty
