Please Help!

I would really appreciate some help with this. Basically:

- 2 Vista computers with Windows mail, networked through the internet;

- I get all the emails at my "main" computer but the other computer only gets email periodically!

Is there anything more I can do? I've been through the forums, reset up the network and tried everything I can think of and I'm stuck! Any advice?

Are they both the same edition of vista?

there could be different mail functions. I could be wrong though.

Yes they are exactly the same versions installed in the same time! It's a very odd problem to have. If settings were wrong you would think that NONE of the mail would come through her computer's email program but some does come through just not all!

Periodically in the sense, does it receive mail in a regular interval?
Is internet working while u cannot receive mails?

Yes the internet is always working and it's during the day when I'm getting emails and she's 4 feet away from me and not getting them. I have to tell her what has come in and sometimes she has them and sometimes she doesn't.

Also, I'm not deleting them when I get them or anything so that they're gone before she can check - they just don't come into her inbox!

are you both using the same e-mail id?
