I am worried if this is a kind of bug from MS Japan. I wonder why they send several time.
Please refer the KB890830 entries and their date. Is it normal. I have noticed after this particular update computer get crazy.
Now I can not use webcam as they are blocked by windows(startup). I do not use Windows Defender I got Norton (if this help)
Any help will be appreciated.
