Please Help!!! My services are disabled and I cant get them back

I really need help with this problem I am having with Vista.

I recently went into services on my HP laptop and disabled a few of them to try to make my vista run faster but now I cant install any new programs and can't even play a disc that put in.

So, the first thing I tried was to go into services and change everything back but when I click on the services application an error message comes up and tells me that my services are disabled. So the main problem is that I cant get back into services to enable them.

I tried to do a system restore but you can't go more than 2 months back and I have had this problem for longer than that.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I just got the new iphone and I cant even plug it into my itunes because I can't download the new version of itunes.

I am willing to even make my computer start from scratch if I have to

Hello Ryguynumba, and welcome to Vista Forums.

You can use BlackViper's site to create you a REG file to use to restore the default Service settings with.
