Photo Facility Not Available

Why is it that when I sign-in to my e-mail I don't have the "Photo" facility while my buddy has it.
What can I do to get it?

Sorry - I thought you already had that info.

It is Windows Live Hotmail.

I can't find a version number or other more precise info.
If there is some available, perhaps you can guide me how to locate it.

ok so what photo facility are you talking about.. is that how to attach photos on the email.. or you want your photo to displayed in the box beside your login name..

I have a similar problem, Vista Photo Gallery does reduce the photo size for email but does not let me save that smaller file. I want to attach it to an internet email.

I cannot use Outlook as i share this PC with 4 family members.

Any other tricks/software you can recommend that lets me save a smaller .jpg file for email purposes?

Hi Folks

Thanks for your efforts to help.
I am using Bell Mail in Canada, i would like the photos to appear as part of the message or attachments but smallr in size than the original .jpg file taken with a 10MPixel camera.

Bell want me to post an album online and get my friends to view the albums.

I just want to email photos the old fashioned way, i dont want no freaking cyber album.

Resize the pics with this free program: ( FastStone Image Viewer - Powerful and Intuitive Photo Viewer, Editor and Batch Converter ), put them into a .zip folder and attach them to the mail. The resize is under the Edit button.

It's OK. I found it. It was at the top of the e-mail facility under "Plus".
It is a facility that allows you to set up and fill photo albums.
