Sorry could you be more specific?... I couldn't find the actual section on changing the colors of the items pointed to in the original post picture.

right click on empty space on the desktop then choose personalize the click windows color and appearance.

---I just purposely did the color changes myself in my pc - and those settings that you wish for do NOT seem to be an option, though everything else is---(the 'advanced' settings only work as --->Color Scheme--->Windows Classic)---

Understood... I wasn't sure because I spent an insane amount of time tweaking the folder settings and couldn't find a way to do it either.
Oh well, thanks for the reply!
