PCI to USB adapter = exist?

I have a nice Dual tuner PCI card on my desktop rig and I would love to use it on my laptop. Reason being is that my laptop has two tuners on it, and i would love to have one dual tuner. (Strange i know, but bear with me) So, I was wondering if a PCI card to USB adapter existed.

I did some looking around. I found PCI cards that have USB ports, but I was unable to find an adapter to convert a PCI card to USB. It may exist, but I couldn't find it. Maybe our mods or admins can offer some guidance on this topic.

Normally I would just say buy a separate TV tuner for your laptop, since they're pretty cheap. However, dual-tuner devices for laptops are a bit harder to find. However, I would still suspect that making a PCI card USB-ready is more trouble than it's worth. I found a site HERE that sells them, though they're currently out of stock. Once you got that, you'd have to buy a project box to keep it all in, and it'd be relatively large and not really what I'd consider portable. So for all the money and trouble you'd go through to make it happen, just buying a new TV Tuner card for your laptop would be more worthwhile.
