there was a problem with downloading soni ericisson pc suite on windows vista it was causing me all kinds of problems with my soni ericisson k510i mobile no one could help me at soni ericisson but i have sorted out this problem i saw people who were experiencing same problem the software is not compatable with my phone on windows vista i have removed pc suite of my pc and i am no longer getting any error messages appearing on my screen hope this helps those out there with the same problem.
