Password for network

how do i take off the password that is required to access shared folders and files that are stored on another computer on my network?

now whenever i try to access shared folders it requires me to put in a password but i only have one user on that computer and i don't need a password to log in.

You will just need to turn off Password Protected Sharing on the computer that you are networked to. This will show you how.

i know i remember seeing something about it in the tutorials but i couldn't remember where exactly.

and it was such an easy solution i was just reading over the password protect.
