outlook express problem

This is what is being sent from my email account. When i check the send boxes on my windows live and my outlook express there is no copy of the email there. In the sent to part of the header of the email, it doesn't match the actually address it was sent to. How do i get rid of this??

I do not quite understand. Are you saying that when you send an email to an address, it goes to another address with the message that you show about the shoes?

If the answer is yes, check for virus and malware. Scan with your antivirus and run malwarebytes.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware: Malwarebytes

here is the thing, I am not the one doing it. It is doing it by itself and I have never been the to the site with the thing about shoes nor would I send some thing like that to my friends. I scanned for virus using my nortons 360 and also used spybot and both came up with nothing.

Use the malwarebytes as I suggested it is one of the best. If it comes out clean we move from there.

We may uninstall Outlook Express (it is outdated anyway) and install windows live mail.
But this depends on the result of the malwarebytes test.

I am pretty sure that at some point, you received spam, with malware, that is making your computer do this.

K i followed your advice and this is what the scan revealed

Hijack.StartMenu 05/06/10 RegistryData HKEY_CURRENT_USER/software....

I already have windows live mail, I download into outlook express from my windows live

Can you post the entire statement from MB regarding the Hijack Start Menu?
