i installed my genuine ofice professional 2010 for the second time this week, but still in the window mobile device senter , I cant choose the check boxess next to calender and stuff. it shows a shadow massage"out look not installed". If any one has any idea please solve this for me . waiting for a response

With System Restore go back to a few days before the first insall. Then try to insatall again. Sounds like the install was corrupted.

Yea thats a simple way ishould have thought. but there is a little problem.I had installed 32 bit first my windows 64 bit. Sines i realzed that i changed to 64 bit. then this problem came. so maybe if i restore i may have the 32 bit again. isnt there another fasre fix. thanksssss very much

The best way is to restore before you installed any outlook. Then install again.

How to uninstall Office 2003, Office 2007 or Office 2010 suites
( That is the best way to make sure all Ms Office components are gone )
How do I uninstall Office 2003, Office 2007 or Office 2010 suites if I cannot uninstall it from Control Panel?

Scroll down and make sure you pick 2010 FixIt button

Then try to install again.

i uninstaled with microsoft fix and re installed but still the mobile device cenenter labels "out look nor installed"
and icant check the check boxes

What check boxes and " stuff " that are next to calendar ? Names please.
Obviously you are able to " open " Outlook, or else you won't see calendar at all.
That means Outlook IS installed.
So, more detail info needed.

oh! thank for helpingme. That is under"set up your device" in the mobile device center ; contacts, calender,e-mail
,tasks,naotes and files, (the mobile favourites check box is automatically checked ,and editable.)
yes i installed as administrator.
