Good afternoon, I'm having problems with some of my preschoolers discs. I have gotten some loaded and running, but I am having problems with a couple. I am getting a "not compatiable with 64bit" error message. I have ran the compatiablty setup thingy. and it still will not work. Is there anything I can do to fix this? We have only had this computer for 2 weeks now.
Are you getting this message prior to installing the software? If so, then the problem could lie with the installation routine for the program(s). If these are 16-bit, then it is not possible to install them on a 64-bit system as these systems require a program to have a 32-bit or a 64-bit installation routine in order for them to be installed on these systems.
