Hi all,
I was having a problem running a game, ( Quake4.. this will be posted in games..) But in the process of snooping around, I deleted the game to try a reinstall.. I noticed these two dll's, ( snip attached ) They are dated 6/8/2006, and 6/15/2007.... not sure where these came from.. Quake maybe? Just having a realy hard time figuring where they came from and what they do.. I ran Kaspersky, no signs of anything.. anybody be able to clue me in? I found alot on the web about them... seems the dbghelp is a MS dll..the other is said to be a varified dll in some apps, a trojan in others...if I had a better idea of when and where they came from I might have a clue if its malicious or not. Anyway of tracking its history? Like install date or what app it belongs to?
