Ok, this question has been asked and asked and asked.
I have yet to see anyone who has a real answer about what to do when your computer comes preinstalled with the trial of Office 2007 and trying to install Enterprise edition copy over it.
Last night I even called Microsoft and they want Mad loot to let you speak with somone who has a clue about computers. Guess the people who answer the phone in thier "Tech Support" must not have any certs or have any I.T. training what so ever.
Anyways, no matter what Ive tried I my excell and word are garbage programs, the weird thing is the compuer came with the whole student home package, and all the Office software from my Enterprise Suite work, except word and excel. Word and Excel both are non-comercial use only. Everything els powerpoint, publisher, visopro, infopath, access, one note, outlook, share point, project pro all work great and in full version, authenticated versions. Word and Excel both are not able to authenticate.
Weird since Word and Excel are the most common used programs. They want me to either buy it again (HAHAHA Yea !! Right!!!) or pay 200$ something for support, (DUUUHA, OOOHKAY!!)
What do I need to do to uninstall the abortions and reinstall my Genuine Copy, That I spent money on that wont register???
