Office 2007 incomplete

Can anyone please help .... I installed Office 2007 Professional successfully however after having to set a system restore, the restore process has knocked out Outlook 2007 and Publisher 2007

I am aware there are Windows Upgrade issues (specifically error code: 80070652) and the need to instal WSUS SP1 on a Vista Ultimate64 OS

will installing wsus help me solve the Office problem.
Any help would be extremely appreciated as I am getting extremely frustrated

Go to your Control Panel and "Programs and Features" .. Click on Office and "change" then you should then see the option to add / remove features.
