[o/s switch] switching to vistax64

Hello,

I have been using linux for the past 12 years.
I have no idea how windows works and am not familiar with it's GUI nor the power shell.
would like to try out microsoft vistax64.
i have managed to install the operation system.
though this is quite a ridicules question... but how exactly do i access to the file system hierarchy and the configuration directory.

aka the "/" and "/etc"
