Solved Notification bar icons dissappeared ?????? Pics too for help

OK, I have been a lurker here since I bought my new laptop, but now I need some help.
My volume icon and network icon have disappeared from notification bar.
I go to the taskbar properties to check on thing and the sport to click these icons are grayed out.
Does anyone know whats going on here?

I reset the bar with the download from the tutorial.
