I currently am running windows vista 64 bit, one day magically the colors that are supposed to be red look yellow, and also the greens look black. I reset factory color settings on the monitor and through the graphics card (GeForce 7100) and no luck what so ever, i do not know what to do please help.

try plugging your cables in right 
they look fine on mine lol, its nothing to do with your settings as they appear correct in your screenshot. your monitor cables can cause discolouration in your picture, unplug your monitor cable and plug it back in and secure it with the rotating fasteners on the ends

This can be caused by a number of things. If you have a CRT monitor, one or more of the electron guns in the picture tube could have failed or be failing. Try connecting your monitor cable to the other graphics port on the graphics card as it is possible - unlikely, but still possible - that the amplifier circuitry on your board for the green channel could have failed for the port you are currently using. Swap the monitor cable with another one. The suggestion by MrNeeds is a valid one - many problems can be solved by simply unplugging or removing a component and then reconnecting it.
Are you sure that this is correct? If the GREEN channel has failed, then your YELLOW will appear as RED and not the other way round.

the main reason i suspected the cables, is because the resolution is widescreen and CRT is not wide
