Norton 360 won't open!

I have recently noticed that when I try opening Norton 360, it starts to load and then it stops and nothing happens. The tray icon also is gone, and so is the "Protected" thing in my Sidebar. When I try and uninstall or change the installation, i get an error message saying "The system cannot find the path specified". Also, when i try connecting to my home network, it either takes a long time or it doesn't connect at all! and when it does, it says limited or no connectivity, even though im right next to my router! I have run malwarebyte's antimalware, and nothing was found. can someone please help me? i would greatly appreciate it!

Call Norton support. I have called them before and they have straighten out the issue I was having at the time. In fact, they upgraded me for free on one call.
