No Wireless

Hi there, I have Windows Vista Home Premium. I have a Linksys WR400N Router. My Nintendo Wii and iPod touch could connect to the wireless Internet just dime, but when I try to get my computer to go wireless it wount go wireless, so I have to plus my computer to the router. My Specs are a 256mb video card,a 2ghz CPU, and 3 gigs of ram. 32 bit not 64

You haven't given us any details about the type of computer you have, whether it's desktop or laptop, what network adapter you have what connection is it, cable ADSL.
Depending on the type of machine do you have a switch to turn the wireless function on or off, if so have you made sure it's switched on ?
